About the Editors: Linda Newton-Perry and Christopher Perry

The Perrys have lived in Oregon since 1969 and consider it their home. They both had a hand in writing their Viking Age Novel, FORCED BLOOD THE NORSEMAN. They have been published in several magazines: OREGON, OREGON COAST, PROPELLER and more. For a short time they owned part interest in their local weekly newspaper. Linda Newton-Perry wrote for three newspapers a bigfoot column lasting three plus years. AND then this site has been published by the Perrys since 2009. Can't forget- the couple has also published several children's bigfoot books, one or two of interest to adults as well.

Number 59 from our Archive Section, Read the Rest of the Story

"He then noticed a small figure of black moving through the tree line. He thought “bear” right away but was shocked nearly to pieces at a very large and heavy “manlike ape creature” of some sort grab up the small one and take off at lightening speed up the mountainside."

Sunday evening we lost power and the next day our phones and Internet. This state of cold affairs lasted until Wednesday. Still can't use our cell phones. I guess we got eight to ten inches of snow. How have things been going for you? PLEASE COMMENT. ... LNP

SUNDAY TURNS TO SNOW DAY

SUNDAY MORNING

OREGON RAIN

The Perry house is filled with the inviting fragrance of early morning coffee! It's raining in sheets here in one of the many valleys of the Umpqua (Oregon). Chris and I wish for you a happy Sunday, with the happy fragrance of breakfast and coffee following you through the day. Please do take the time to communicate your thoughts on the animal bigfoot. This is what BIGFOOT BALLYHOO is all about: a place to talk bigfoot!...LNP

"We both got a very close look at this thing as it quickly walked down this old road. I estimate its height to be 10 feet and weight 900 pounds. It had long arms hanging to its knees. It had a very massive build to it. It left 21 inch five toed prints which the forest service took casts of.

Still I got 12 days off for a mental evaluation. It made me very mad as the other FS guy didn't have a problem with his report. Being I’m a cop I got the works. The doctor who saw me said I was tired and mistaken─both of us mistaken? BS, we know what we saw!"

SEARCHING FOR SIGNS OF BIGFOOT

(A FEW YEARS BACK)  Here I am, Linda Newton-Perry, hiking ahead of my husband so that he could get this photo. This hiking trail is on a small coast lake just south of Winchester Bay. We found a couple of limb breaks. The breaks were positioned in such a way to indicate the animal was walking down hill very fast and grabbed the limb to keep from careening off into the lake, or going up hill to help pull himself up. All this a guess since we don't know too much about this animal's habits. ...LNP and please comment.

Number 9 Archive Section for the Rest of the Story/Sighting

"Out of seemingly nowhere steps this smaller one about half the size of the full grown one. It was light brown and only about 5 feet tall compared to the other one which was at least seven feet or taller. It went up the same steep bank into the woods."

A QUESTION

Sunday, February 17, 2019

LINDA NEWTON-PERRY'S REPLY TO THE QUESTION BELOW

So, good of you to  comment, Richard. Thank you for taking the time to write.

Many animals on this planet were created to spend their life in cold areas. I know that you can think of many. Even sled dogs are kept  outside in nothing but a wood dog house in freezing cold.

I believe bigfoot/sasquatches (and all their other names) were meant to live well away from humans. That would often mean they would live in the deep deep forests, cold forests, high forests.
(Three  bigfoots were discovered, in a cave in Texas (go to Archive Section and read about it. I'll have it highlighted in green)

All the animal's are differently made to fit in with each's climate,  and living conditions. Thanks for asking the question. Enjoyed. ...Linda Newton-Perry

I have a question on Bigfoot. How do these creatures survive long months of cold and sub freezing weather without getting sick and dying? It seems to me they would suffer from the same ailments other primates get. My mothers second cousin worked at the St. Louis Zoo years ago and he told mom the apes and monkeys were all very susceptible respiratory virus that can kill them in a few days if not treated quickly by a vet.Bigfoot is said to live in the high wilderness areas where it gets down to thirty below O at times.Maybe they have a super strong immune system to help protect them.
My dad claimed he saw a Bigfoot in 1970 when he was building the pipeline in Alaska. He said the beast walked down a ridge a distance from his bulldozer but he could still make out it was a giant manlike beast walking on two legs and carting a dead dear on its shoulder.

It snowed in our Oregon valley last night.

Hi everyone. It got cold and it snowed. Be careful if you should go on the road. It seems much snow covers the States. A good day to stay home and work with our hobbies, say BIGFOOT.  Talk to you later. I'm going in search of an extra pair of socks! ...Linda Newton-Perry

#75 Archive Section For the Rest of the Story

"... there was this large splash in the water about 35-40 yards down stream from us.

As I watched this head pops up and starts moving across the river. At first I thought it was a bear because I didn't see any arm or legs."

READ THE REST OF THE STORY: ARCHIVE SECTION #111

"Even though I am a trained therapist when I had my sighting I completely fell apart. My sighting was back in 1999 several miles outside Glendale on Cow Creek Road. I was taking a morning walk before work on this day and happened to look down near the Creek and there it was standing knee deep in the water and staring at me. It was very dark in color (black) and had long arms hanging down past its knees. The creature was somewhere around 8 to 9 feet tall and very husky with a massive chest. As I just stood there in disbelief the creature let out a sharp loud whistle sound and then a growling sound.

I took off back toward my car looking back several times to see if it was after me. Thank God it didn't follow me. It took me years to come to terms with the sighting. Thanks for the opportunity to tell about my sighting on your site."

(This sighting took place in Oregon, USA.)

BIGFOOT'S WORLD

I, Linda Newton-Perry, snapped this photo of my husband Christopher Perry while we were searching bigfoot's world for some great photos. To Chris' left runs the beautiful Umpqua River, a river that bigfoot has been spotted in several times over the years. You need to know that neither one of us has seen bigfoot, but we believe that there is much proof that it exists.  Please do comment  because we ENJOY hearing from you.

RENTED HELICOPTER

Chris and I put ourselves out there looking for bigfoot. Here we search by helicopter for a sighting area between Florence, Oregon and Eugene. We didn't see a bigfoot, but it is easy to see how bigfoots can hide from humans in the dense forests of the Northwest.

FROM OUR ARCHIVE SECTION #4

"Whatever it was would stop and start. The smashing of the ground sound it made, made me believe it was something rather large. Then it happened, this hairy black thing crossed the road right in back of my car on two legs. It was very large and tall. My god, I panicked and jumped in the car and locked the doors."

(OLDER COMMENT) ANOTHER BIGFOOT THROWING INCIDENT/EXPERIENCE

Dewey has left a new comment on your post "Guest Editor-Blogger":

When a person is walking in the forest and they feel something is wrong, they need to pay attention to their self defense instinct. The broken limbs on the trail was a warning for people to stay away from the area.

You ask how I know this? In 1971, while working on a logging job, I had the same thing happen to me. I was living on the site in a camper. One morning, I walked to the landing only to see a hairy, heavy and upright creature peering at me from behind the yarder.

It was a very large Bigfoot. For several nights, we had limbs and large rocks thrown at the machinery, and we chose  to take it as a sign of danger. As it turned out, we never finished the job because the vandalism became extensive.

Yes, the word (?) can mean something other that human caused. We were not wanted in this area and the creatures made it clear.

The government has been talking Bigfoot all along.

Where the problem is they don't talk it to the public. They are very aware that the animal is probably in all reality real but lack details on the genetic makeup so there is kind of an underlying shadow associated with Bigfoot.

Thank you Katie: So Government Agencies are Talking Bigfoot!
