Well if all this can be verified and the bones of the animals located via the Freedom of Information Act, I find it quite disgusting that the government has been keeping this secret. Sure they can say it is for the amimal's protection but the US government does not have that choice to make. This needs to be openly aired. It is the people of the free world who put a stop to the killing of the whales and not the world governments.(They were happily killing them with their state sponsored ships.) They are jumping to a huge assumption that they must protect them from the people or the people from them. So why are they stalling to dedicate their habitat and pass laws to protect them. Humans and the Sasquatch are in grave danger of each other right now with those that think it is reasonable to kill a specimen to prove it's existence. Isn't it interesting that Americans and Europeans can waltz over to Africa, sift thru ancient bones of the Old World, study up on the apes and gorillas and make any statements they like and postulate over their great findings. But here it is top secret!

Also of note, I find reference to a Dr H.A. Miller in Jstor (a repository for acadeic articles) as providing samples to a botanist in 1960 that he (Miller) had found in the Caroline Islands. Looks like he was a real person and well traveled and a legitimate scientist.

This has sat as is for a year or so and so my comment may well be old news. That said, there was a Dr. H.A. Miller who lived for a while and was eventually buried in Clovis, New Mexico. There is a building named for him at the community college there. He is remembered as a boisterous man who worked as a surgeon, smoked cigars and wrestled a pet bear for fun.
