I wondered about the Mount St Helens explosion. Unless BF has some extrodinary power of perception, sort of like most animals on ther verge of an earthquake, some would be caught in the eruption. And the number found would be about right, that is the size of their individual territory would not claim dozens necessarily but a handfull. It would be interesting to encourage any Park Service or others to either step forward or covertly inform us of their knowledge. After all, most would be retired.
