Announcement: Bigfoot Ballyhoo has been under attack, in the past, by a couple of people who wished Ballyhoo and its editors to look as if they were hoaxing information.

One of the biggest examples would be the claim that we made up the ESP Team, Bill Emery, Cole Saxton and the late Hank Parchell. A well-known bigfoot researcher found photos that looked like Emery, Saxton and Parchell. He claimed the three to be the real men and not any part of the ESP Team. (In fact, he claimed there was no ESP Team).

And then while the Emery Team was processing trail cam photos a couple were sent to Ballyhoo. These photos turned out to be well-known bigfoot photos, one from a movie and one of Patty. The technician’s son that was processing the trail cam photos replaced the real photos with fakes. In good faith Emery sent the dallied-with photos to Ballyhoo. When it was found out what happened it was explained.

Another photo of a footprint with a believable history was given Ballyhoo to post. Turned out to be Tim Fasano’s photo from Florida. Again, we’ve given explanations for each occurrence. We were hoaxed.

We in time recognized each hoax and explained what happened

Question!

Has anyone heard when and where we will be able to view the ESPO Team's photo of Big Clyde? It will soon be eight months since the photo was taken.

I remember reading a article in Outdoor Life or Field and Stream many years ago about a man named Leslie Owen. The story told of this man Owen's one time sighting of a giant ape creature in the remote back country of what is now Gold Beach and Agness.

The man was delivering mail by mule and horse to the small Indian villages of Meral and Agness long before the mail boats were used in later years. It seemed this man had a nasty run in with a apelike creature in 1919 somewhere near now-day Agness.

The story told of the mail hauler being approached one evening while he was making camp near Wildhorse camp.  A giant ape creature covered in light silver and brown hair appeared from the deep woods and quickly grabbed the mans goods from a large bag in which contained smoked fish and beef jerky.

The mail hauler said in a later interview with authorities that the monster had flaming red eyes and was very tall and heavy. Though they never called it a Bigfoot they called it a mountain devil. The mail man said he didn't fire his rifle at it because he was sure he couldn't kill it with his 30 cal Winchester rifle.

The creature returned several times that night and stood off in the distance and banged rocks and wood on tree trunks.Owens explained he had seen many footprints over the years on his route but had never seen such a monster before or after.

Bigfoot?

So, how can we help here on Ballyhoo? Simply talk more bigfoot! We can help make the subject of bigfoot commonplace.  How? Share your sightings and comment on those sightings. Be proud if you've seen a bigfoot. Thanks, Linda Newton-Perry

Did you know this?

Regarding ESPO Team

The newest member of the ESPO team is Darin ////// from BC. He has moved to the south Oregon coast to work with the guys. Bill Emery has planed a new expedition into the back country of the Siskiyous near Agness, Oregon.

The Oregon Outdoor Show had a short segment on Emery and his team on the radio in Feb. It was said on the radio that Emery collected much more than just pictures of Bigfoot.

An Oregon wildlife biologist said on the show, he has now completely changed his mind on the possible existence of Bigfoot.

It seems to me that some have taken on a very serious-like attitude on what Emery got samples and pics of. All I can say about the new guy is he is a wildlife specialist of some sort.

I don't have any details how they were able to get some tracking like details on it.
