Announcement: Bigfoot Ballyhoo has been under attack, in the past, by a couple of people who wished Ballyhoo and its editors to look as if they were hoaxing information.

One of the biggest examples would be the claim that we made up the ESP Team, Bill Emery, Cole Saxton and the late Hank Parchell. A well-known bigfoot researcher found photos that looked like Emery, Saxton and Parchell. He claimed the three to be the real men and not any part of the ESP Team. (In fact, he claimed there was no ESP Team).

And then while the Emery Team was processing trail cam photos a couple were sent to Ballyhoo. These photos turned out to be well-known bigfoot photos, one from a movie and one of Patty. The technician’s son that was processing the trail cam photos replaced the real photos with fakes. In good faith Emery sent the dallied-with photos to Ballyhoo. When it was found out what happened it was explained.

Another photo of a footprint with a believable history was given Ballyhoo to post. Turned out to be Tim Fasano’s photo from Florida. Again, we’ve given explanations for each occurrence. We were hoaxed.

We in time recognized each hoax and explained what happened

Great Hike

I'll have to wait until I get back to my home computer to put the hike photos on the blog.Until later. ... Linda Newton-Perry

A Question to Linda:

Regarding: Why are you doing this? (Are you so bored?)

No, I'm not bored. I find the subject of bigfoot very exciting. I started this blog to get information for my newspaper column. At one time the column was in three local papers. Ownership of the papers changed and the new owners didn't want anything to do with bigfoot. So I have the one only, The Douglas County News.

The late Dale Saxton enjoyed my newspaper column and he started commenting. He recommended it and it took off. He commented and the readers enjoyed it. He died the first of this year. His son, Cole Saxton and good friend Bill Emery, kept going with researching bigfoot.

And now those two men, along with Hank Parchell, have three photos they believe are sharp and clear. They kept telling us that they would give the photos first viewing here on Ballyhoo. But Emery's private information was put on this blog and before I could take it off Emery was harassed. And now we don't know if he will give us the photos or not. Marla, by way of email, said Emery still says he will let Chris and I see the sharp photos. We hope so. And we hope he will at least give Ballyhoo one of the photos to show this was not all made up.

Going for our hike. Talk later. ... Linda Newton-Perry

Dear Spiritliving,

You have commented several times and Ballyhoo appreciates it. But if you remember Bill Emery and team have said they will not say where the bigfoot, Big Clyde, was photographed. They do not want the being harrassed. The team, from what I can tell, has gathered  information that they hope will be enough evidence to convince the forest service and science to look more closley into the existence of this being. I can not speak for them. I'm only repeating what they have said on this blog. ... Linda Newton-Perry

Bigfoot Ballyhoo will NOT change.

If you've liked this blog in the past, then you will probably continue to like it. I don't ask anyone to "prove" what they have said in their comments. And I don't feel it necessary to hound anyone about their sightings and comments. This is a blog where you can talk about a sighting, ask about a sighting etc. It seems there are plenty of bigfoot sites that claim to be "the only site to satisfy ones curiosity about bigfoot."

Chris and I are going to spend part of the day hiking. If we get some good photos we will share them with you.
