Linda and readers: In general I don't like to engage in personal attacks or accusations by people. I work for RCG as a consultant attorney. The position I hold is corporate LLC in Washington DC. I am working on this case from 1962 for the people as a whole whom wish to get all information on closed case files regarding bigfoot. With this said, I cannot use RCG documents for my own personal use so I do this on my own expense and time. I'm really am not happy with some of the accusations made against me by people who have no idea who I am and what I'm trying to accomplish. I will not stop using my experience to get the whole truth on this perplexing case. Remember I promised nothing except I would try to get these files open. This I will continue to do. Thanks for all the continued support from the readers.

Good News from Debbie of Rand Group


We woke Saturday morning to find a very encouraging email from Debbie of Rand Group. If you will remember, Debbie, a lawyer, agreed to help us bigfoot believers establish that bigfoot exists “by law.” She decided the best path to take is to work at getting the 1962 Columbus Day animal’s file opened to the public. And in this Saturday email she said she was hopeful that it would happen. Here in her own words: “The latest communication I received from DOI makes us believe that the files in question will be released in early 2011 for medical examination and viewing. Furthermore, it seems another file from 1980 from Washington State would be included.”

Here is one line of reasoning on bigfoot disclosure to the public: It seems when this Columbus Day File is opened to the public and the ESP Teams photos and additional information, footprints etc. are released, then bigfoot should be easier for folks to accept as “real.” And perhaps someday the government agencies will follow. Many readers of Ballyhoo have voiced concern for bigfoot and what would happen after he is proclaimed “real.” Will all Oregon forests be shut down? Will mobs of ill prepared bigfoot lovers take to the woods to glimpse the being? Who knows! One must remember, in our forests we already know of very dangerous animals, bears, cougars and more. It is a rare sight to observe bears or cougars in the wild, that is, when simply hiking and camping. But it does happen. If you are hiking to catch sight of any forest animal, you should be armed with information on what to do when you encounter one. I would like to say here, don’t forget to pay the fee for day use of federal and state parks. Boxes are located at trailheads in these parks.

Hank Parchell, of the ESP Team, commented on Ballyhoo some interesting information on forest use. Here is just a sample of what he said in a comment: “More of our forest is burned up each year by wildfires than we log in 10 years. The restrictions are firm and complex now when logging. I couldn't agree more with the above person that said the attorney doesn't know how government works. FOIA is only good for documents released and open for view. It does not cover anything that government deems classified.

The statement "government doesn't think Bigfoot exist " is false. On the contrary they are fully aware that people are seeing these creatures.

What the problem is government deems it necessary to hide all data from the general public because of fear of over reaction from some and potential loss of revenue from national parks and federal forest.

 I believe that in the next few months the 1962 file will be accessible by the public.
