Announcement: Bigfoot Ballyhoo has been under attack, in the past, by a couple of people who wished Ballyhoo and its editors to look as if they were hoaxing information.

One of the biggest examples would be the claim that we made up the ESP Team, Bill Emery, Cole Saxton and the late Hank Parchell. A well-known bigfoot researcher found photos that looked like Emery, Saxton and Parchell. He claimed the three to be the real men and not any part of the ESP Team. (In fact, he claimed there was no ESP Team).

And then while the Emery Team was processing trail cam photos a couple were sent to Ballyhoo. These photos turned out to be well-known bigfoot photos, one from a movie and one of Patty. The technician’s son that was processing the trail cam photos replaced the real photos with fakes. In good faith Emery sent the dallied-with photos to Ballyhoo. When it was found out what happened it was explained.

Another photo of a footprint with a believable history was given Ballyhoo to post. Turned out to be Tim Fasano’s photo from Florida. Again, we’ve given explanations for each occurrence. We were hoaxed.

We in time recognized each hoax and explained what happened

Bill Emery Comments on Bigfoot Cam Photo

People of Bigfoot Ballyhoo:  There has been a claim by another bigfoot researcher that the image from my cam is his. I will not name the person as I don't like to spread this type of thing. I have told Linda that if she feels there's something fishy or wrong with the image she may pull it from here site. I have no way of knowing if the accuser took the image and messed with it or if he really thinks it is his. As I told Linda the cam was sealed and open in front of a officer of law. I don't want any questions about this or any image to dirty the good name of Ballyhoo. The chain of command is very important in pictures and tracks. It is unfortunate this type of thing is most prevalent in bigfoot hunting.

I just want to say that the researcher mentioned above claims he was able to come up with this same photo by using a well-known bigfoot photo and manipulating it to match the one Bill got from his trail cam. The researcher does not claim Bill's photo is his but that he was able to duplicate it. ...Linda Newton-Perry

Thank you for your most interesting web site. Bill's adventure is fascination to me. I have never had an encounter, but two friends of mine have. One happened many years ago in Trinity County, Calif. I have been following the subject since I was about 12 years old or 52 years now. I hunt in remote areas, but have never seen a track. Keep up the good work. Your friend, Richard from Medford.

Bill has left a new comment on your post "USFS Comments":

This morning we checked the cameras and again no activity. Last night was quiet. Now I would like to speak of the comment left by USFS.

For over 13 years we have been in communications with the ranger district mentioned. We have tried time and again to help with information on bigfoot. And time after time we have been told these people are seeing something other than bigfoot. I hold no animosity towards the people in the ranger district. But USFS must change their policy on reports. First people need not go through the second degree when reporting a sighting. They deserve the respect that all of us ask from our government officials.

These people have seen something that has turned their world upside down. Often they are scared and sometimes confused about every little detail they witnessed. The snickers must stop. It is childish for officials to behave in this matter. About the reports from RD-Powers. Dale and I have taken over 22 reports from 1994-2010. All of these reports were filed by witnesses with USFS and seem to have disappeared from site at the district office.

I will again extend my hand out to you and work with you if you would except my help with witness interviews, if the witness and reporter wants someone present with them other than USFS people. We will be happy to show you all evidence we have collected around Sru and other places within this area. Call me, you know my number.

I would like to clarify my answer here on Sasquatch reports. As of today we have had no reports Of Sasquatch or Bigfoot that we have been able to find any substantial evidence of any such animal. With that said some people have reported a manlike animal in our forest. This is simply a mistake by people seeing bears we think. Of course the reports could have some truth to them. We just don't have any current data that would support that Sasquatch is present in this area. I would also hope Mr. Emery would share any evidence he might have collected with us. We are willing to look at any available data or evidence from anyone who chooses to share it with us. As we are the guardians of your forest we believe everyone should try to be truthful in what they see or hear.
