Announcement: Bigfoot Ballyhoo has been under attack, in the past, by a couple of people who wished Ballyhoo and its editors to look as if they were hoaxing information.

One of the biggest examples would be the claim that we made up the ESP Team, Bill Emery, Cole Saxton and the late Hank Parchell. A well-known bigfoot researcher found photos that looked like Emery, Saxton and Parchell. He claimed the three to be the real men and not any part of the ESP Team. (In fact, he claimed there was no ESP Team).

And then while the Emery Team was processing trail cam photos a couple were sent to Ballyhoo. These photos turned out to be well-known bigfoot photos, one from a movie and one of Patty. The technician’s son that was processing the trail cam photos replaced the real photos with fakes. In good faith Emery sent the dallied-with photos to Ballyhoo. When it was found out what happened it was explained.

Another photo of a footprint with a believable history was given Ballyhoo to post. Turned out to be Tim Fasano’s photo from Florida. Again, we’ve given explanations for each occurrence. We were hoaxed.

We in time recognized each hoax and explained what happened

Bill Emery Reports from Sru Lake, Oregon

Guest Editor-Blogger: Bill Emery

A week after starting a twice daily trek through the forest of southern Oregon, I have not seen a bigfoot. I have seen some places were I feel it is very possible that one was around recently, with some old tracks, small tree destruction and no signs of humans.

I start the second week tomorrow. I have seen 3 bears and 2 cougars, 5 red foxes, 13 grouse, and many squirrels but 0 Bigfoot. The weather has finally gotten better. I will spend 1 week traveling trails on foot and camping each night where I end up at.

I will not be able to get out on satellite so will write next week. Hope to have some luck sooner than later. I will head into the Rogue Wilderness this week by foot from Sru Lake.

What the lady said is true folks. It took my lawyer 3 years to get the file open on a civil property rights claim. This action ended up costing me $51,000 dollars and 3 years. Bigfoot would not be on their to do list!

Asking the government to hurry up is like asking congress to take a pay cut. These people in federal government work at their own pace and do not bend to outside pressures. You can start at square one and file a FOIA with DOI. It is not possible in my experience to make ether DOI or DOJ speed up. Different administrations have different people at the top but the same ones remain in the offices and field. Nether agencies will take phone calls on case files. All submissions must be in writing and faxed to them.
