Announcement: Bigfoot Ballyhoo has been under attack, in the past, by a couple of people who wished Ballyhoo and its editors to look as if they were hoaxing information.

One of the biggest examples would be the claim that we made up the ESP Team, Bill Emery, Cole Saxton and the late Hank Parchell. A well-known bigfoot researcher found photos that looked like Emery, Saxton and Parchell. He claimed the three to be the real men and not any part of the ESP Team. (In fact, he claimed there was no ESP Team).

And then while the Emery Team was processing trail cam photos a couple were sent to Ballyhoo. These photos turned out to be well-known bigfoot photos, one from a movie and one of Patty. The technician’s son that was processing the trail cam photos replaced the real photos with fakes. In good faith Emery sent the dallied-with photos to Ballyhoo. When it was found out what happened it was explained.

Another photo of a footprint with a believable history was given Ballyhoo to post. Turned out to be Tim Fasano’s photo from Florida. Again, we’ve given explanations for each occurrence. We were hoaxed.

We in time recognized each hoax and explained what happened

"...only to be ridiculed and laughed at."

Derik Wheeler has left a new comment on your post ""We really need to know the story here...."":

The story goes like this. Gary and Sondra Ellison were living in a old campground on Sanders Creek a tributary to The Illinois River around 25 miles from Agness,Oregon. The couple had been living around the area because of a recent downturn in their income. One day in Dec of 2009 they were a given a gift of Salmon from a local person in Agness. That afternoon they began cooking the fish in a skillet on a open fire at the camp. It was then the couple claims to have had a very large creature walking upright on two legs come into camp and started throwing very large rocks at them. They retreated into the motor home to watch the hairy monster take the cooked Salmon off a plate and eat it. Then they reported the creature turned on the motor home and began shaking it. The creature then broke out a side window at the door while Gary and Sondra were on the floor in the back bed area. Then the creature walked around the motor home looking into the camper. After ten minutes or so the two legged creature walked back into the heavy woods. The couple waited for some time to make sure the creature was gone before gathering up their belonging outside and then leaving the campground.

Sondra sustained a broken shoulder-blade from one of the large rocks thrown. The couple reported the attack to the XXXXXXXX only to be ridiculed and laughed at. It was noted by XXXXX that large rocks and broken glass were found at the site along with some big footprints.

L. Surface would like to know...

(This is just a portion of his comment.)

In the meantime the holders of the photo could at least tell us if the picture looks like the only good photo now available, the subject in the Patterson film.

Anonymous Requesting More Information

I want to know more about sanders creek. Is the (local bigfoot researcher) listening. Can we find him and get the rest of the story. We need to know how dangerous these hominids are. There are lots of us putting ourselves at risk. Is there anybody who knows this researcher or lives around the Illahee Quad Siskiyou, Oregon. We really need to know the story here. Please fill us in if someone knows.

Bigfoot has been likened to something hilarious and mystical, but if you actually take the time to Google the term "Bigfoot sightings", you may be slightly shocked and impressed by what you find. What many people don't understand is that Bigfoot research is a legitimate topic, and all of the sightings over the years need to be investigated to dig up proof and actual facts surrounding the circumstances.

Many people begin to explore Bigfoot research as a lifelong curiosity, especially if someone they know or they themselves have seen a Bigfoot sighting. In fact, there are quite a few databases online where you can enter information about your own sighting or read other entries. If you have any amount of skepticism, I encourage you to take a swing by one of these websites because you may start to question your stance on the subject. The researchers involved consider this to be a very serious subject and are looking for scientific proof of Bigfoot credibility.

Bigfoot is otherwise called Sasquatch, and it is supposed to look like an upright walking ape that lives in the forest. Specifically, it is thought to be found in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. Many people feel that folklore and hoax contribute to the Bigfoot myth, but there are some accredited scientists that feel that there is enough evidence to warrant further research of this subject.

The bottom line is that it is important to take a deeper look into the subject because Bigfoot is very close to becoming credible through scientific research. My only hope is that we will never have to visit him at the zoo!
