Dear Readers,
Henceforth we will set a kinder tone as far as the police goes. We have gained the victory, so it seems, of not having a license suspended simply for reporting a bigfoot. This latest squabbling over sightings on this blog is reducing the satisfaction of our victory.
When one reports on this site or as in an article in a newspaper, there is the chance a reader will try to contact the reporter, find out more details etc. My advice is if you do not desire to be contacted, do not state your name or the exact location of the sighting. We simply, on this blog, wish to share the excitement of sightings.
For several years now, I've been writing for, and have owned part interest, for a time, in our local paper. Keep sharing your sightings; for as I've often stated, you are very special to have seen one of these animals. Let's keep the blog informative and upbeat.
I have no way of knowing who you are if you use the anonymous or first name in the comments. So I can't and will not pass any information along without your okay and knowledge.
I am not responsible for comments on this blog. I will however delete the ones I find objectionable.
Again, share your sightings. We want the world to know, this animal exists and is being seen. We want "bigfoot talk" to become commonplace.
Best regards,
Linda Newton-Perry
