Announcement: Bigfoot Ballyhoo has been under attack, in the past, by a couple of people who wished Ballyhoo and its editors to look as if they were hoaxing information.

One of the biggest examples would be the claim that we made up the ESP Team, Bill Emery, Cole Saxton and the late Hank Parchell. A well-known bigfoot researcher found photos that looked like Emery, Saxton and Parchell. He claimed the three to be the real men and not any part of the ESP Team. (In fact, he claimed there was no ESP Team).

And then while the Emery Team was processing trail cam photos a couple were sent to Ballyhoo. These photos turned out to be well-known bigfoot photos, one from a movie and one of Patty. The technician’s son that was processing the trail cam photos replaced the real photos with fakes. In good faith Emery sent the dallied-with photos to Ballyhoo. When it was found out what happened it was explained.

Another photo of a footprint with a believable history was given Ballyhoo to post. Turned out to be Tim Fasano’s photo from Florida. Again, we’ve given explanations for each occurrence. We were hoaxed.

We in time recognized each hoax and explained what happened

I'm very very happy this came out on the DMV. I am the ex employee that told people of the "nasty little secret" Oregon and other states have been using. For years, I've seen people harassed by DMV because Oregon wanted a sanction for reporting Bigfoot. This did not sit well with a lot of us.

I'm glad the DMV got caught finally. As to the police officer do what your getting paid for and leave the judging to the proper people. Far too long the police and DMV have had the power to ruin a honest driver's life. Not no more!

Hello I'm Gina Riggs and have some thank yous for some people. First let me say thanks to Linda Perry for letting me tell my story on her blog. And then Mr. Bill Emery who never once thought I was insane when I saw the bigfoot. Then Jason who was the other driver that saw the creature too. He was a good friend to me and never waivered on what we both saw. And last thanks to all the people that have exposed this suspension law and got it out into the public eye.

Bill stood beside me at my DMV hearing and testified to the fact that this creature is not a figment of peoples' imagination. He is a quiet talking man with a vast amount of knowledge on bigfoot movements. I received a formal apology from the State of Oregon today and also a form to fill out on refund of all the money I had to spend on the doctor and travel. This means a great deal to me to have the state owen up to the fact they were wrong with their actions. Again thanks to all.
