Announcement: Bigfoot Ballyhoo has been under attack, in the past, by a couple of people who wished Ballyhoo and its editors to look as if they were hoaxing information.

One of the biggest examples would be the claim that we made up the ESP Team, Bill Emery, Cole Saxton and the late Hank Parchell. A well-known bigfoot researcher found photos that looked like Emery, Saxton and Parchell. He claimed the three to be the real men and not any part of the ESP Team. (In fact, he claimed there was no ESP Team).

And then while the Emery Team was processing trail cam photos a couple were sent to Ballyhoo. These photos turned out to be well-known bigfoot photos, one from a movie and one of Patty. The technician’s son that was processing the trail cam photos replaced the real photos with fakes. In good faith Emery sent the dallied-with photos to Ballyhoo. When it was found out what happened it was explained.

Another photo of a footprint with a believable history was given Ballyhoo to post. Turned out to be Tim Fasano’s photo from Florida. Again, we’ve given explanations for each occurrence. We were hoaxed.

We in time recognized each hoax and explained what happened

Louise Thinks "Roads Closed" is Fraudulent

Guest Editor-Blogger: Louise

This place is in the coast range. As far as I know, there is no snow in the area. Even Roman Nose, which is a high peak a little ways south of the photographed area, has no snow. We've had a warm spell. This seems fraudulent.

Setting the Record Straight

My name is Bud Walton and I worked for Block and Company on the Bluff Creek job in the years of 1957-1959. Bluff Creek is located in Northern California. There has been much rumor about Ray and Wilbur Wallace perpetrating the tracks that were found in 57-58 at the job site.

It has been said Ray Wallace made the tracks Gerry Crew found. This could not be further from the actual truth. When the tracks were made Ray was not in the area. I was one of the lucky ones that saw the tracks before the big craze started.

What people don't know is the tracks of Bigfoot were all over the area surrounding Bluff Creek before the job ever started. Another job that was going on in the same year was Salmon Creek near Horse Creek, California on the Klamath River. There too was found large barefoot tracks on the landings and road. This job was contracted by Pike and Sons out of Langlois,Oregon.

There  was no contact between Wallace and Kirk Pike. Pike did not like Wallace because he under bid jobs just to get the contract. My son thought it important to  refute the rumors that Wallace was the Bluff Creek Bigfoot. If he was, he had a flying saucer to get around in

Think Safety First, in Searching for Bigfoot

You know, you do not have to travel to the tops of the snowy mountains to have a sighting of bigfoot. He is apt to make an appearance in many different places. Last week at least two couples got into trouble in the Sawler Creek area of Oregon. They were evidently searching for the lame bigfoot, that has been reported four times. (Everyone commenting on the animal believes it to be the same bigfoot.) Please use caution when searching for the animal; often just getting one tire off the paved road can cause a vehicle to become stuck. I would love to see bigfoot in the wild. And I would love to take-off into the mountains by myself, just to search the hills for him, but I will not, because I know the danger of getting stuck.

I’ve always believed when one does see the animal, it has made a mistake: It has erred in judgment; it is diseased; it is making too much noise to hear you or the wind is blowing wrong, and so on. Count yourself among the precious few, if you actually get a glimpse of this majestic animal.

We all applauded when Dale Saxton announced in the blog, Bigfoot Ballyhoo, that he was going to be on an hour CNN program. He will be recounting several bigfoot sightings and exposing the wrong that is done to drivers that report a bigfoot sighting to the police, that they have had from their vehicles. This includes citizens, commercial truck drivers and our policemen. What “wrong” are they suffering? Citizens are having their licenses suspended until they can be checked out by a doctor. Commercial truck drivers are having their commercial licenses withdrawn: how they go about having them re-instated, I don’t now, it was never made clear. Police officers are required to take a paid leave until they can be checked out by a state approved doctor. One policeman told us he had to lie to the doctor, stating he had not seen a bigfoot in order to return to work.

More news I found exciting: The test result of the remains of the animal from the Columbus Day Storm, 1962, came back, in 1964, as an unknown animal, closest to the known species, East China Mountain Gorilla. Keep reporting your sightings and “keep talking bigfoot.”
