Announcement: Bigfoot Ballyhoo has been under attack, in the past, by a couple of people who wished Ballyhoo and its editors to look as if they were hoaxing information.

One of the biggest examples would be the claim that we made up the ESP Team, Bill Emery, Cole Saxton and the late Hank Parchell. A well-known bigfoot researcher found photos that looked like Emery, Saxton and Parchell. He claimed the three to be the real men and not any part of the ESP Team. (In fact, he claimed there was no ESP Team).

And then while the Emery Team was processing trail cam photos a couple were sent to Ballyhoo. These photos turned out to be well-known bigfoot photos, one from a movie and one of Patty. The technician’s son that was processing the trail cam photos replaced the real photos with fakes. In good faith Emery sent the dallied-with photos to Ballyhoo. When it was found out what happened it was explained.

Another photo of a footprint with a believable history was given Ballyhoo to post. Turned out to be Tim Fasano’s photo from Florida. Again, we’ve given explanations for each occurrence. We were hoaxed.

We in time recognized each hoax and explained what happened

Sru Lake Cover-Up

Guest Editor-Blogger: Anonymous
Regarding: On Sru Lake and Trespassers

First they have to stop lying to us about what's going on. You can't preserve something you keep saying doesn't exist. They obviously have evidence that it does exist or they wouldn't be closing the lake. Come on it is time we demand they tell the truth.

We have the power to end the mystery here. The USFS will have to succumb to our pressure now, too many know what's going on. We should call them every day and demand the truth; we know they are lying. The issue has moved from bigfoot to cover-up here.

Lets put a stop to it now.

Another Opinion on Sru Lake

With all the past and recent damage to the area, I think the forest service is doing the right thing here. Anon is right, if the animal responsible turns out to be bigfoot and they kill it, the public would go nuts claiming conspiracy and unjustified homicide against this animal. By keeping the area closed and posted the forest service would not be responsible for any nut that sneaks in and gets badly injured or killed. We can't have it both ways folks! This is the best way to handle it. Remember this is a small lake that just a few ever heard of anyway. People can surly live without this tiny lake for a while.

Come on! There is no COVERUP here. The USFS closed the lake because they cannot assure the safety for the public. It is like this! They have no reason to make public that bigfoot is or isn't responsible for the damage done. People want to blame somebody for something not their fault. What would you have them do? Say a bigfoot is roaming about there? USFS is run out of DC not Powers. The current supervisor can only do what he is told by the higher mucky mucks. This is the way government works. Putting pressure on them will not get that lake reopened. Most people never ever heard of the lake because it's in a very remote part of Oregon. This conspiracy theory is stupid to say the least.

Sru lake is now open and will be stalked with trout March 29th. The gates have been opened and people are welcome to camp and fish the lake as they please. Now lets all hope for the best!!!

Yes indeed its TRUE. Sru lake has been reopened and will be stocked with trout on March 29th 2010. The head of USFS said there is no such animal as BIGFOOT or SASQUATCH so there's no reason to decommission the lake. The Obama administration does not believe in Bigfoot and will not close a lake because of acts of unknown vandals. The gate has been REMOVED and USFS claims the area safe for fishing season.

Now, the USFS is expected to say such things, we're never gonna get them to admit that there's a creature out there that does indeed exist, and of course Obama administration doesn't believe, they're city folk, and don't know the wilds, all they know is fancy suites, and drama of the country. Get out in the woods people, come to Southern Oregon/Northern California, stay a few nights deep in remote areas along streams, and tell me you're not a believer after wards, with all the recent activity in the areas, something's bound to happen. Hopefully them reopening the lake, doesn't make this animal pissed off that we're obviously not respecting the wish of the animal by not being in the area for a while. The one I saw definitely didn't want me in the area, specially the night I was chased out of my friends and my campsite
