Bigfoot Ballyhoo: "...present the case for BF on a public forum."

Announcement: Bigfoot Ballyhoo has been under attack, in the past, by a couple of people who wished Ballyhoo and its editors to look as if they were hoaxing information.

One of the biggest examples would be the claim that we made up the ESP Team, Bill Emery, Cole Saxton and the late Hank Parchell. A well-known bigfoot researcher found photos that looked like Emery, Saxton and Parchell. He claimed the three to be the real men and not any part of the ESP Team. (In fact, he claimed there was no ESP Team).

And then while the Emery Team was processing trail cam photos a couple were sent to Ballyhoo. These photos turned out to be well-known bigfoot photos, one from a movie and one of Patty. The technician’s son that was processing the trail cam photos replaced the real photos with fakes. In good faith Emery sent the dallied-with photos to Ballyhoo. When it was found out what happened it was explained.

Another photo of a footprint with a believable history was given Ballyhoo to post. Turned out to be Tim Fasano’s photo from Florida. Again, we’ve given explanations for each occurrence. We were hoaxed.

We in time recognized each hoax and explained what happened

This could provide an opportunity for the BF research community to present the case for BF on a public forum...A class action suit by several drivers challenging the rational for the OR DMV 's suspension practice, ie; A driver who sees a creature which doesn't exist must be suffering some mental problems & is therefore unfit to drive..

Turn the trial into a trial on BF's existence...Get Dr's Jane Goodall, Meldrum, Bindernagel, Farenbach, Swindler & other PHDs to testify along with print expert Jim Chilcut. Ex-LEO, BLM & fish & game folks might well come out of the woodwork to offer testimony...Ask for small donations from BF believers to cover legal fees, ( until the state of Oregon is forced, as part of the settlement, to cover plantiff's legal fees)...BFRO's Moneymaker is a lawyer..Let's see what he can put together?

Linda and Chris, we had great success last night and early this morning. Bigfoot came within 25 feet of me and Hank. We put out salt licks last night to see if the animal would try to take it and he did. I am enclosing a snap of #6 camera. DO NOT put it on the site yet. We don’t want another thing like last week. You may tell your readers of it though. All together we got 4 shots. They will have to all be enhanced but we believe all are very good. This shot was at 6 AM, Sunday Aug. 8, 2010. The image in the background is an old rotten cedar stump. Thanks for your support!
